SET MEALS - 4 COURSES

Starters:
1. Scooped exotic melon with mixed fruits.
2. Garlic African Caribbean Bread - appetizing Hardo bread with light
salad.
3. Valentine moi-moi - Black eyed beans with mushrooms, prawns and
flavourings served with a light salad.

Main Courses:
4. Jerk chicken - Nigerianchicken exotically seasoned and sauteed with
African herbs and spices served with a choice of rice/peas, jallof rice
and kous-kous
5. Fish boiled yam with plantains and prawns - as seen on Channel 4.
6. Valentine Kous-Kous special semolina grains delicately steamed to
resemble rice.
7. Coconut fried rice with chicken or mushrooms and peanut sauce.
8. Stewed mushrooms + stir fry vegetables and sweet potatoes.
9. Lamb tagin with sauce.
10. Curried mutton with dumplings.
